This Weekend: February 9–10

• Read The Great Gatsby to page 38 (chapters 1 & 2). Be prepared for a reading quiz on Tues./Wed.
• If you haven’t already, acquire the first book that you will read for the American Author Project and bring it to school every day going forward. I will be making a formal check of this on Tues./Wed.
• Post your American Author Proposal (WA#6) as the first entry of your American Author blog.
• If you haven’t already, bring your copy of Song of Solomon back to school to return.
