Quick Clip Reviews

Choose a piece of literature or media such as a poem, short story, song, movie, play, book, TV show, video game, etc. and present a 2-4 minute persuasive review on it for your class. Your review should be persuasive and convince your audience about an argument. For example, if you pick your favorite song, then tell us why you love it and convince us to see its positive points.

Components:

1-2 minutes to present the quick-clip of your song, poem, TV show, etc. If this is not possible, then a jacket cover or some type of visual representation will work too.
1-2 minutes to present your persuasive review.

A typed or written version of what you are going to say. A typed one-minute review is about 100-150 words.

Purpose:

To persuade your audience.
To learn about each other and have fun.
Preparation for the final Gatsby assignment.

Due Date: In class Thursday 2/28 / Friday 2/29
