The lesson you teach must incorporate a short documentary film that you use to engage your students and inform them about your concept. In Project Design, you have been looking at educational documentaries from such professionals as Bill Nye. Your own videos should imitate what is effective about these professional models and avoid what you think is ineffective.
The film should be tight, no more than five minutes in length. And it should serve your larger lesson plan.
The film will be assessed according the Educational Video Rubric that you, the students, have created based on your analysis of professional examples.
Groups that have a student in Andrew’s Digital Media class are expected to incorporate a flash animation into your film.
